An accomplished games designer with 13 years of experience, Tuomas has been involved in all aspects of game design including creation of new IP, level design, game-mechanics development, narrative design, defining design documentation best practices and leading teams of seasoned designers. Tuomas got his start creating award-winning traditional pen-and-paper games until transitioning into the video game industry where he’s gone on to work on triple AAA titles at Electronic Arts, Black Box, Games Workshop Design Studio, Elixir and Climax. Within a few months at Ubisoft Vancouver, Tuomas had created an innovative new IP which was quickly green-lit and lead to his promotion of the Studio Design Director position at Ubisoft Vancouver.
