Let there be light!

Joytech shed some on the Game Boy Advance.

Joytech, Europe’s biggest third-party peripheral manufacturer, is set to release the Illuminator Pro for Nintendo’s Gameboy Advance. Illuminator Pro is the first and only Total Light Solution that succeeds in bringing light to gamers lives, anywhere, anytime. So, no more struggling for GBA owners, as they try to find the correct angle to play at. Bread from heaven, and about time too.

Joytech’s essential new peripheral for the GBA can be powered in a number of ways: two standard AA batteries, any Gameboy Advanced compatible rechargeable battery pack, or through an external AC Adapter.

Product Development Manager, Peter Jackson commented, “Nintendo have thrilled the world with the release of the Gameboy Advance, but many gamers are still bitterly disappointed at the lack of an internal back light. The Illuminator Pro from Joytech is the last word in external illumination.”

The only things we can think to say about this are, “…at last!” and “Thank heavens it doesn’t look daft!”

Nice one, Joytech!
