Summary

Despite being well received by some journalists (presumably the ones who'd never actually ridden a skateboard) , Thrasher always had its work cut out for it for one reason... Tony Hawk.

Put simply, Tony Hawks is the best Skateboarding game ever. After that, everything else is just an also-ran.

Absolute diehards might want both games, but casual virtual skaters will make do with Tony Hawk's, or even the excellent Street Skater 2.

Thrasher is not as pretty or as fast as the other two games, and a lacklustre soundtrack merely serves to seal its fate.
