Summary
Like most human beings, if you were given the chance to give up your day job and become a Hollywood movie star you’d probably jump at it, right? Yoostar lets you do that with relative ease - and in the comfort of your own home too. This sequel adds tonnes of new features, including many more scenes from a larger range of classic films.
Using the PlayStation Move peripheral, players can act out their very own versions of some of the most famous clips from big movie blockbusters using a virtual ‘green screen’ feature. The action happens all around you, and you literally just step into the shot and start acting your heart out. These performances can then be uploaded to PlayStation Network, or shared on Facebook and the Yoostar.com website.
The more you gesticulate and throw yourself into the role, the more points you score. Yoostar2 rates your acting skills as well as your creativity in the role - but ultimately, once the video is shared it’s down to the community of Yoostar2 users who rate your ability to win them over with a heart-throbbing rendition of 300’s “Tonight, We Dine in Hell!” scene.
60 scenes are included in Yoostar2, and come from all the big movie studio names such as MGM, Lionsgate, Universal, Paramount, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures and CBS. Everything from American Pie to Baby Mana to the Godfather and even Star Trek can be tapped for some original acting, so why not step up to the marker and give it your all?
