Summary

Anybody who has seen the Phantom Menace is going to be a fan of this game. Jedi Power Battles is a basically a "Streets of Rage" type beat-em-up for Star Wars fans.

The graphics are of a linear 3-dimensional format in which you must fight your way to the end of the trail where there will be a nasty surprise waiting for you. A boss. The opposition consists of all of the bad guys from the Phantom Menace. For anybody not farmiliar with the Phantom Menace, the final boss is a geezer who goes by the name Darth Maul; a face painted guy with little horns sticking out of his head. He looks mean though, honest.

Controls are simple. Three attack buttons and a couple of defence moves, and then of course, there's the force. It's an enjoyable experience, however simple the game is.

Jedi Power Battle is a lot more fun with two of you playing at the same time, just as long as you don't decide to knock each other out.

Jedi Power Battle is a game that's more specifically designed for fans of the series, as the whole of the game is an interactive cut scene of clips from the film.
