Summary
Master Games was the first compilation in this short-lived series, comprising of one cassette that contained four different games, namely Imhotep, Staff of Karnath, Blackwyche and Entombed.
All four games are pretty much cut from the same cloth, in that they're linked by the common themes of adventuring and puzzle-solving. Indeed, Imhotep and Entombed are set in the sandstormy deserts of Egypt, and both games revolve around mummies and pyramids - you know the kind of thing. Blackwyche is a little closer to home as far as geography is concerned, but totally far out as a concept. The key words are 'supernatural' and 'forces' in that order. The Staff of Karnath is an earthbound title, but features a group of creatures called the Sarnathians, inhabitants of our planet long before we got here, thus teaching players a bit about our predecessors' history, real or not.
