Summary
A.I, Steven Spielberg’s latest foray onto the big screen, is without a doubt one of the most accomplished films ever made. The success of the film is already spreading to other entertainment industries. A.I is now featured on the home PC in the form of A.I Puzzler, a real brainteaser.
The concept of A.I is simple, complete the puzzles given to you to progress through the game. The game features seven different types of puzzles that consist of over 130 puzzles. Puzzle themes include the Rotascope, Overlap and Focus Point. The jigsaw concept plays a heavy part in this game, whereby players must piece together disorganised pieces of a puzzle to reveal the true picture. As certain levels are completed, you will be rewarded with images from the film as well as storyboards, artwork and behind-the-scenes footage.
The gameplay itself is obviously challenging, but the puzzles have been constructed so that frustration is kept to a minimum. The puzzles always leave players with an option, and at no point will you be thinking, “well, what do I do now?”
The ability to challenge a friend is welcome, and increases the replay value and longevity of A.I Puzzler considerably. Rest assured, you’ll get value for money with this game. Buy some headache tables and prepare for a very long night of mind-blowing puzzles.
