Summary

How much fun can it be, being a vampire? Life sucks and then you die? You're not even that lucky, for as a lover of the taste of blood, you're condemned to eternal life. So where does that leave Blade? Half human, half vampire, his mission in life is to hunt down and slay vampires wherever he finds them. He has good reason to hate the bloodsucking types - a vampire killed his mother after all.

Blade 2 for Microsoft Xbox, strangely not based on the same story as the film of the same name, continues the unlucky fellow's campaign of ultraviolence against the breed that begat him. There is a plan to create an army of super-vampires known as Reapers, creatures are bent on destroying all human life. Blade cannot let this happen, so with the use of his supernatural powers, some wicked weaponry, and pure brute force, he sets about them with some purpose. Combat can be frantic: whether it's hand-to-hand or a fight with a pointy stick or a shiny sword, you'll have your hands full, as filthy vampire after filthy vampire comes for a piece of you.

The floating camera, 360 degree point of view ensures you feel every threat as you take Blade from one scary scenario to the next. The resulting on-screen action spews forth some grisly effects, so if you have a hankering for severed limbs and rotting corpses, Blade 2 and the clarity that the Xbox graphics bring is your game.
