Summary

THQ is taking it to the streets again for more boy racer-like fun with Juiced: Eliminator. This latest offering in the Juiced franchise is an exclusive for the PSP.

For those out there unfamiliar with the franchise, gamers must race high-performance sports cars against each other on the streets. The more successful you are, the more money and street cred you acquire. With your prize money, you can customise your car in many ways, including tuning the engine, adding over-the-top alloy wheels, spoilers, graphics and skirts.

Juiced: Eliminator has several new single player game modes which should keep even the most experienced street racer happy. One such new feature is the 'Pink Slip' race, where gamers must compete for the ownership of an opponent's car. Whoever loses the race has to wave goodbye to their pride and joy. Another new element is the 'Eliminator' mode, where the car in the last position of each lap is removed from the race, the winner being the last one left in the competition - sounds bad, but it's nothing compared to 187 Ride or Die, when the vehicle in last position explodes! There are also nine new cars with over 100 new body-kit components, two never-seen-before locations to race in, eight new characters with their crews and restyled menus.

The PSP's built in wireless connectivity lets up to six players enjoy multiplayer action, with crew races, 'Pink Slip' racing and the 'Eliminator' mode all available in this option.
