Yup, Konami has gone all 'in-depth' on us and taken PES to its logical conclusion. All the effort that you put into achieving varying degrees of success with PES4 and /or PES5 hasn't gone to waste, you'll be glad to know, as your team data can be imported to the management sim.
However, if you're starting from scratch, you have 116 teams from six European leagues to choose to manage - real players and licensed leagues including the Eriedivisie, Serie A and La Liga. Pro Evolution Soccer Management invites wannabe managers to experience the highs and lows of a career in football's toughest job. Every aspect of your chosen team's training, preparation and performance has to be taken into account. You can get some assistance with scouting and specialist training by appointing coaching staff to fit your requirements. Remember that behind every manager, there's a strong backroom. But when your team goes over the white line, unless they perform, and follow the instructions and training you have given to them, well…you'll get the boot before any of the players do. Welcome to the relationship-breaker that is football management.
