Summary
Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil Saga 2 picks up from where the original left off and, at the same time, is a sequel and the closing chapter to the series. The majority of the surviving cast from the original game is included, with the addition of one new playable character named Roland - the Leader of the Lokapala, the resistance force against the Karma Society.
Central character Serph's world vanishes, along with the comrades that stood by him and all that awaited him in Nirvana were endless streets littered with the silent remains of human statues and a blazing black sun bleeding despair across the land. The Promised Land was nothing but a new version of hell. Devouring others is the only way to survive. What awaits Serph beyond Nirvana? A glorious paradise or a sea of blood-soaked corpses?
There is also a limited Collector's Edition of Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil Saga 2 including original soundtrack CD, character art cards and an exclusive inlay sleeve.
