We have spent many a night on the tiles 'round our way, but our favourite tiles come in batches of seven and contain letters with a points value. Yes, it's Scrabble once again for PC, and a new improved Scrabble at that for late 2007 and beyond. This is a game with a 70 year-old licence that refuses to go away. Frankly, we wouldn't want it to, 'cos Scrabble is one of the best ways of passing the time and giving your brain a good tickling to boot.
The PC version of Scrabble Interactive 2007 features six different game modes, including Anagram, Junior, Enigma, Crossagram and lastly Standard and Duplicate (the ones used in the official championships). You can play against the AI or up to four players can get involved on one computer, taking turns of course, and in Duplicate mode, up to 100 wordsmiths can go online.
We need say no more about Scrabble. Truth is, we've run out of superlatives...and tiles!
