Summary
Whoever decided it was a good idea to make a common kitchen cleaning implement wearing pants a global kids TV phenomenon was either a genius of the entertainment world or a deeply disturbed individual. Either way, that person's efforts have resulted in another game to bolster the franchise.
In this case, we've got SpongeBob's Atlantis Squarepantis. Care to guess what it's about? Yup, you probably got it. SpongeBob and Patrick have stumbled across a magical amulet that will whisk them away to the lost city of Atlantis. Players jump in with SpongeBob and his Bikini Bottom buddies as they get on the magic bus and into the quest to find the world's oldest bubble.
Players can get involved as six different characters - SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, and Plankton - as they make their way through a plethora of different kinds of gameplay, including piloting an ice cream firing tank, puzzle-solving mazes and on-rail shooter sections.
