Plot your own route across the huge city, working against the clock to reach your casualty as rapidly as possible. Your driving skills will be put to the test avoiding both pedestrians and vehicles on your mercy dash with sirens blaring!

A full career mode allows you to arrive at the scene and interact with both patients and colleagues as you utilise the most appropriate equipment for primary patient care.
