Summary
One Piece: World Seeker might (appropriately, given its name) be the deepest dive into the world of One Piece yet. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates have returned in a brand new adventure written by none other than Eiichiro Oda. Oda and the development team at Ganbarion have obsessive in the lengths they've gone to to recreate the look and feel of the long running manga series, and fans are going to be thrilled.
Playing as Luffy and with the Straw Hat Pirates in tow, you step ashore on Prison Island in search of treasure. You're bang out of luck, though, and the pirates soon find themselves separated and spread across the island. Meanwhile, sinister goings-on are afoot in the shadow and the island's warden, Isaac, is at the centre. The island used to be called Jewel Island for the rare minerals there that could be used to power amazing new technologies, but now a shadow is spreading over it and a sense of darkness is getting stronger.
The island is an open world that's yours to explore. You can fling yourself around it using Luffy's stretching abilities for some Spider-Man style parkour-plus, exploring and completing missions. Beyond the exploration and traversal there's a heavy focus on combat, and once again Luffy's powers will come into play as you upgrade your combat skills.
An epic adventure to celebrate One Piece's 20th anniversary, this is one fans aren't going to want to miss!
