You could, if you were so inclined, call Youtubers Life OMG! a Sims for the Youtube generation. Fittingly for a game about becoming a star it has a bit more of a direction of travel, of course - you'll create videos, pull in subscribers, interact with fans and attend events, all in the name of growing your channel and becoming the most popular Youtuber on the planet.
The game starts with a choice of three possible routes - gaming, food or music. With that decided you'll kick things off in your parents' house and start making videos to begin your journey towards becoming a popular influencer. Along the way you'll go to parties, meet other famous Youtubers, share your life through social media and deal with haters. As your success grows you can monetise your content, sign with exclusive networks and work your way up to owning the mansion of your dreams!
If you choose to start your own gaming channel you'll record let's plays, reviews, speed runs and walkthroughs, earning money to buy consoles and games as you go. Musicians will play 30 different instruments across more than 10 genres, publish covers, lessons and duets as well as perform live concerts. On a cooking channel, meanwhile, you'll create new dishes, upload tips and tutorials and ultimately build towards working in your own restaurant!
