Summary
Woody, your best buddy in the whole world has gone missing. Some dishonest toy collector has kidnapped him. It’s up to you Buzz Lightyear to save the day in Toy Story 2 for the PC. It’s not going to be easy, the cards are stacked against you. Do you have what it takes to be successful? Luckily, you have the help of your fellow toys. Persevere, and victory shall be yours.
Toy Story 2 has great variety in it’s gameplay. Each new level has special tasks for you to complete. If you manage to complete these challenges, you will be rewarded with special pizza tokens. These tokens in turn allow access to the different levels. Being Buzz, you have several accessories to assist you in achieving your goals. You can use your arm lasers and spin attack to take out your enemies. While being able to foot stomp and climb poles will help to navigate to levels.
The missions in the game include anything from finding Little Bo Peep’s sheep to racing cars around an outside track. Sometimes, you have to take on a boss to win a token. Located around the levels are helper characters that will do their best to be of service to you. If you need a clue, talk to Rex. He knows a thing or two about videogames.
The graphics in Toy Story are lovely, colourful and well implemented. It feels like you are playing part of the movie. There is plenty of fun to be had with this title, enjoy.
